Welcome to vSeeBox. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them before using our site.

vSeeBox sells streaming hardware only - an Android TV media device, remote, and accessories. The purchase price covers hardware only. We do not sell, provide, or operate any channels, streaming services, subscriptions, or third-party applications. Any apps installed on the device are created and operated by unaffiliated third parties, may change or stop working at any time, and are the user's sole responsibility. The loss of any third-party app or content is not a product defect and is not grounds for a refund, warranty claim, or chargeback. 

All products are intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, or violate any applicable laws while using our services or the product. Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice, and we reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies at any time.

When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. vSeeBox reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or violation of our terms. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and shipped.

Shipping, returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, including the fees stated there, both incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Every product includes a 1-year limited hardware warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser. It does not cover physical or liquid damage, misuse, modified or rooted units, or failures of third-party apps or services. Our remedy is repair, replacement, or refund, at our option. Beyond this warranty, the product and website are provided "as is," and our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

All content on our website, including text, images, and designs, is the property of vSeeBox and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time without notice. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
