WHO WE ARE
This Privacy Policy describes how vSeeBox ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit our website, purchase a device, or contact customer support. INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE TO US
When you place an order or contact us, we collect: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, and phone number; order details (products, quantities, order value); and the contents of any support messages, reviews, or survey responses you choose to send. We collect this information because we need it to fulfill your order, respond to you, and comply with tax and record-keeping law.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (such as the checkout provider shown at purchase). Your full card number, CVV, and other sensitive payment credentials are transmitted directly to the processor and never touch or reside on our servers. We receive only a payment confirmation, the payment method type, and the last four digits of the card for order-management and fraud-prevention purposes. The processor's own privacy policy governs its handling of your payment data.

INFORMATION COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY
Like most websites, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical data when you browse: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and approximate (city-level) location, via cookies and similar technologies. We use this data for site analytics, performance, security, and fraud prevention. You can limit cookies through your browser settings; the site will still function.

WHAT WE DO NOT COLLECT — DEVICE USAGE
The vSeeBox device is sold as standalone hardware. We do not monitor, log, receive, or store any information about how you use the device after purchase — including the apps you install, the services you sign in to, or the content you watch. Any data collected by the device's operating system, its manufacturer, or third-party apps is governed by those parties' own privacy policies and is outside our control and knowledge.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use personal information to: process and ship orders; provide customer support and warranty service; send transactional messages (order confirmation, shipping updates, delivery notices); send marketing emails only if you opted in (unsubscribe anytime via the link in any email); prevent fraud and chargebacks; comply with legal obligations; and improve our website and offerings using aggregated, non-identifying analytics.

HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
We share personal information only with service providers who need it to serve you: shipping carriers (name and address), payment processors (billing details), our e-commerce platform, email service providers, and fraud-screening services. We may also disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or court order; to enforce our policies or protect our legal rights; or in connection with a business sale or merger. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing.

DATA RETENTION
We retain order and customer records for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes above and to meet tax, accounting, warranty, and legal requirements (typically seven years for transaction records). Support correspondence is retained while relevant to an open or foreseeable issue. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized.

YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of marketing communications. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what categories of information we collect and the right to non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights. SECURITY
We use commercially reasonable safeguards — TLS encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable hosted infrastructure — to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security; you provide information at your own risk. If a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our website and products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES
Our site may link to third-party websites, apps, or services (including payment, financing, and shipping providers). Those parties' privacy practices are their own; this policy does not apply to them, and we are not responsible for their content or data handling. Review their policies before providing information.

INTERNATIONAL VISITORS
Our store is operated from, and intended for customers in, the United States. Information you provide is processed and stored in the United States. If you access the site from another jurisdiction, you do so on your own initiative and consent to the transfer of your information to the U.S.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance. The policy in effect at the time information is collected governs that information.
